Terms & Conditions of Service
Currently 98% of all orders are usually dispatched within 3 days of receiving your order.
From time to time certain titles are not available at time of order, if this is the case we will email and await your response as to whether you still require it.
Your Credit / Debit card is only charged on day of dispatch.
At present this service is only available to customers within the UK and is subject to English Law.
Any faulty products can either be exchanged or refunded. See Returns below.
All shipping and taxes are included within the price.
RETURNS
We aim to provide a quick and efficient service focussing on total customer satisfaction. If you have been unlucky in obtaining a faulty product, we will be delighted to exchange it or refund against it upon receiving the faulty product. Please note that this policy could be open to abuse and any product found not to be faulty will be returned.
To return goods
(1) Ring up the Order Hotline on 0161-231-4608 describing the fault and tell us your requirements.
(2) You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number of which you must write on the back of the packing in ink.
(3) Return your faulty goods. We advise you to use recorded or registered post.
(4) We will not credit you with any item(s) that we do not receive
